ABOUT THE FIRM
Built from Inside Georgia Government
Dogwood Public Affairs is a bipartisan firm of public policy professionals, representing clients before state, local and federal government. Our partners have served in county government, in the Georgia House and in state agencies, and they know how each one makes its decisions.
The firm was founded by three partners. Dan Baskerville directed Fulton County’s intergovernmental affairs, Robert Sills served as Policy Director and Counsel to the Georgia House Minority Caucus, and Elmer Stancil spent more than a decade crafting economic development policy for the State of Georgia.
The Honorable Calvin Smyre, Dean Emeritus of the Georgia House of Representatives, joins them as Senior Advisor after nearly five decades in the General Assembly.
